Miami Airport MetroBus

Miami Airport is connected to downtown by Miami MetroBus.

Take into consideration that the following routes can take a considerable amount of time to get to your destination as public transportation is slower than other options. 

ROuTE 37

It goes from Miami Airport to South Miami Metrorail Station. 

Some of the stops are City of Hialeah, Dept. of Children & Families, Hialeah Metrorail station, Tri-Rail Airport station, Miami International Airport (MIA) Metrorail station, Douglas Road (SW 37 Avenue), Douglas Road Metrorail station, City of South Miami via Sunset Drive, Cocoplum Circle, South Miami Metrorail station. 

Service hours: From 05:47am to 11:10pm (weekdays)

Frequency: 30 minutes.

Route 42

From Miami Airport to Douglas Road Metrorail Station. 

Service hours: 05:38am to 11:36pm (weekdays)

Frequency: 30 minutes.


From Miami Airport to Jackson South Hospital and back. 

Service hours: 06:01 am to 06:11 pm.

Frequency: Every hour.

ROUTE 110 (J)

From Miami Airport to City of Miami Beach. 

Service hours: 04:29 am to 12:15 am (weekdays)

Frequency: Every 20 minutes.

ROUTE 150 (Miami Beach Airport Express)

One of the most famous and busiest routes from Miami International Airport.

ROutE 238 (East-West Connection)

Metrobus route 238 connects MIA Airport with Dolphin Mall, NW 65 Ave, among other locations.

Please note that this service only works on weekends.

Service hours: 06:30 am to 07:40 pm.

Frequency: Every hour, approximately.


All buses depart from Miami Airport Metrorail Station.

To get there, please take the MIA Mover at the third level of Miami Airport Terminals.
